The present General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between VanMa Beauty GmbH as the operator of the Internet web shop www.vanmabeauty.ch (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), as the operator of the Internet sales platform www.vanmabeauty.ch and the customer (organization, company , end users, etc.).
The goods specified in the online shop can be ordered via the Internet, by telephone or in writing.
The offers are valid within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. The prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT of 7.7% and remain valid until the next offer is issued.
Errors and price changes are reserved.
There is no surcharge for small quantities and no minimum order quantity.
3.1 Payment can be made either in advance, on account, via PayPal, Saferpay (credit cards) or PostFinance Card.
3.2 Payments on account from the 3rd order up to CHF 400.00 possible.
From an amount of CHF 400.00, the products will only be shipped after receipt of the entire invoice amount. (by bank transfer or payment slip) Invoices are payable net within 14 days of delivery. Discounts are excluded.
3.3 After the 2nd reminder has passed, the claims are assigned to a collection agency. So their conditions apply. That means there are additional costs. All claims are due immediately if the customer defaults on payment.
4.1 No shipping costs will be charged for shipments over CHF 500.
4.2 For purchases of less than CHF 500, a shipping cost of CHF 10.00 will be charged.
4.3 For deliveries abroad, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.
5.1 Within Switzerland and Lichtenstein: 2 - 3 working days
Dates and delivery times are non-binding unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
5.2 If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right not to deliver it or to deliver an item of equivalent quality and price. If the customer does not like it, they can of course send it back free of charge.
5.3 The risk passes to the customer when the products are handed over to the carrier, Swiss Post.
6.1 The goods can only be exchanged or taken back if the complaint is justified and must be asserted immediately, but no later than 6 working days after receipt of the goods, by telephone or e-mail.
6.2 The right of return only applies to unopened original packaging. The right of return begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer. This also bears the costs of the return. If you have returned the goods on time, the amount will be credited or refunded.
