Registrations for appointments are binding (verbally, by telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail or via online booking).<\/p>\n

Cancel or postpone appointments<\/h5>\n

Should the customer need to postpone or cancel an appointment, this must be notified at least 24\nhours in advance, as the treatment time is reserved for the client.\nAppointment cancellations or postponements notified less than 24 hours before the treatment will be\nwill be charged at 50% unless VanMa Beauty is able to reallocate the available appointment time.\ncannot allocate the free appointment elsewhere.
